Marc Bidou on Bilendin toimitusjohtaja. Hän perusti yhtiön v. 1999 alkuperäisenä konseptinaan auttaa yrityksiä lisäämään uudessa Internet-ympäristössä yhä ailahtelevimpien asiakkaiden asiakasuskollisuutta. Strateginen visio auttoi yhtiötä kehittymään nopeasti; sekä sisäisesti uusien Internet-paneelien avulla että ulkoisesti ostamalla useita alan johtavia yrityksiä Isossa-Britanniassa, Saksassa ja Marokossa.

Marc vastaa myös erityisesti seuraavien sektoreiden isoista asiakastileistä: pankki, vakuutus, jakelu, matkailu ja tietoliikenne.

Marc aloitti uransa Walt Disney Companyssa vuonna 1990, ja hänestä tuli Disney Interactiven liiketoiminnan kehityspäällikkö (Eurooppa, Lähi-itä ja Afrikka) vuonna 1995.

Hän suoritti Management Sciences -maisterintutkinnon Université Paris IX Dauphine -yliopistossa, liiketalouden DESS-tutkinnon Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris -kauppakorkeakoulussa sekä maisterintutkinnon strategisessa yritysjohtamisessa HEC Paris -kauppakorkeakoulussa.

After ten years in financial control positions in subsidiaries of industrial groups and then in technology startups, he spent almost 15 years as CFO of small and medium-sized companies in shopper marketing and software edition sectors.

François joined Bilendi in 2023 as Group Legal Director. He is in charge of all the legal aspects (corporate, contracts, GDPR compliance, acquisitions...) and of ESG matters. After numerous years as a lawyer (avocat) in M&A, François worked for international companies, leaders in their markets. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Paris I (Master 2 in Law and Master 2 in Business Law) and of HEC (Corporate Finance ICCF) and holds an MBA.

Toimittuaan monen vuoden ajan useiden eri IT-yritysten palveluksessa Hervé perusti Elman vuonna 1998. Tämä IT-palveluyritys liitettiin Bilendi-konserniin vuonna 2000.

Hervé on yhdessä työryhmiensä kanssa suunnitellut ja kehittänyt Maximilesin teknisen alustan ja kehittää nykyisin asiakaskohtaisesti sovitettuja verkkopohjaisia sovelluksia. Lucie aloitti Bilendillä 2004 ostopäällikkönä ja siirtyi myöhemmin markkinointivastaavan tehtäviin. Vuonna 2007 hän oli mukana luomassa paneeliosastoa Ranskaan sekä osallistui paneelien lanseeraukseen Espanjassa ja Italiassa.

Ángel joined Bilendi in March 2020 in order to develop the commercial team to strengthen the business in Spain. His mission is to lead the commercial team, as well as assist market research companies and media agencies in the data collection process. He has developed a large part of his professional career in the commercial area where he has worked for 14 years at ODEC as Key Account Manager and as Commercial Director in market research companies such as Ipsos and Neurologyca – He has extensive experience in data capture, processing and presentations. He has a degree in Technical Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and complements his education with training in Marketing, Project management and Big data.

Raúl is since 2022 in charge of managing and expanding the business in Switzerland. Raúl has more than 10 years of experience in the market research industry. Daniel tuo mukanaan yritykseen 10 vuoden kokemuksen liiketoiminnan kehittämisestä, innovoinnista ja tiiminjohtamisesta. Wiam oli yksi 2WLS-yhtiön perustajajäsenistä vuonna 2005. Wiam vastaa 2WLS - Bilendi Marokon kehitysstrategian toteuttamisesta Afrikassa ja Lähi-idässä. Wiam on toiminut operatiivisena johtajana ja markkinointijohtajana 9 vuoden ajan, minkä jälkeen hän siirtyi vuonna 2014 vastaamaan kansainvälisen liiketoiminnan kehittämisestä. Hänen johdollaan markkinointitiimi on onnistunut uudistamaan kanta-asiakasohjelmia menestyksekkäällä tavalla. Wiamilla on yli 15 vuoden kokemus markkinoinnista ja rahoituksesta sekä kemian teollisuudesta.

Ludivine aloitti Bilendin web-suunnittelijatiimissä 2001, minkä jälkeen hän siirtyi konsernin taiteelliseksi johtajaksi. Organisaatiotyöstä hankkimansa kokemuksen ja teknisen asiantuntemuksensa ansiosta (mikä vaikutti aktiivisesti konsernin kehittymiseen) hän on pystynyt vaikuttamaan konsernin myönteiseen kehitykseen, ja vuonna 2011 hän siirtyi suunnittelu- ja tuotantojohtajan tehtäviin.

Ludivine varmistaa kehitystyön laadun jatkuvan paranemisen. Hän vastaa myös teknisen tiimin (web-suunnittelijat, kehittäjät, järjestelmänvalvojat) hallinto- ja organisointitehtävistä, ja hänen yksikkönsä tavoitteena on auttaa konsernin eri yksiköitä toteuttamaan hankkeitaan.

Guillaume tuli Bilendi Technologyyn vuonna 2007 ohjelmistokehittäjäksi ja siirtyi sen jälkeen tutkimus- ja kehitysjohtajan tehtäviin vuonna 2010. Vuonna 2014 hän avasi Grenoblessa Bilendin teknologiatoimiston tavoitteenaan laajentaa kehitystiimin toimintaa. Guillaumella on teknologian kehityksestä yli 10 vuoden kokemus, ja hän on hankkinut vankkaa osaamista tietojärjestelmäarkkitehtuurista, laadunvarmistuksesta ja tietokannoista. Janne on Suomen maajohtajamme ja hän on ollut mukana matkallamme vuodesta 2009. Janne johtaa Suomen toimistoa Helsingissä. Hän palvelee paikallisia asiakkaita 7 hengen tiimin kanssa kvantitatiivisissa tutkimusprojekteissa pelkän otoksen tarjoamisesta aina analyysiratkaisujen toteuttamiseen. Jannen tiimi pystyy tekemään myös laadullista tutkimusta. Janne on koulutukseltaan kauppatieteiden maisteri pääaineenaan markkinointi ja hän on työskennellyt aiemmin Keskisuomalainen Groupissa mediatutkimuksen parissa. Janne on toiminut Suomen Markkinatutkimusliiton puheenjohtajana ja toimii tällä hetkellä yli 200 tutkijan verkostoa aktivoivan ja vuosittain useita tapahtumia järjestävän Suomen Markkinointitutkimusseuran hallituksessa.

Hansley joined the Bilendi Group in October 2010 as Project Manager. In 2012 he was promoted as Head of the Project Management Division and actively participated in the creation of the Group’s project management tool. He played a pivotal role in the migration and integration of the German panel acquired by the group. He also piloted the introduction of scripting services to the Group activities.

In 2015, he returned to Mauritius, his country of origin, to create Bilendi Services Ltd, the production center of the Group. He currently manages the team in Mauritius focusing on four different business units which are: Project Management, Quotation Management, Scripting and Data Processing.

Bennie is an expert in affiliate marketing, email marketing and media buying. He joined the company in September 2014 as Account Manager, a year later he assumed what is his current position Account Director. Davide works as a Business Development Director and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Italian office. He has been working in the market research sector for over 30 years: in 2007 he was one of the founders of VIA! company (acquired by Bilendi group in 2019), which deals with data collection and field management through its own Italian panel; after having held the role of CEO of VIA! for 5 years, he became Business Development Manager.

In 2000 he also founded 3Quality company, still directed by him, specializing in personal field services and traditional research.

For 30 years in the world of market research, Andrea has worked in major Market Research companies (KANTAR, Demoskopea….) dealing with scripting and data processing and managing, in the last 10 years, only Online projects.

In 2016 he started dealing with New business for a Panel provider and from January 2020 he joined Bilendi with the aim of increasing the customer platform and their loyalty.

Chiara has been working as a Panel Manager since 2012, year in which she began her experience in the market research sector in VIA! company (acquired by the Bilendi group in 2019). After a few years in which she worked on the proprietary panel of VIA! through its operational management and support to panelists, she is now in charge of all the processes related to panel (acquisitions, management, privacy ...) and actively collaborates with all the departments of the company (Sales, PM, Finance, Management).

Gianluca has been working in the Market Research sector since 2003. Graduated in Social Psychology, he began as a qualitative researcher, and then progressively also dealt with quantitative research.

After working in several Research Institutes, in 2010 he joined Via! as Project Manager and Scripter; here he was able to put at the service of his clients the skills of researcher quali-quantitative acquired in previous years, allowing him to better understand their requests and support them in all stages of research. He has also actively contributed to the growth and development of the company through the training of new PMs.

In 2019, after the acquisition of Via! by Bilendi, Gianluca became Head of Project Management; currently, in addition to performing the activity of Project Manager, he leads the Italian team of PMs, coordinating their activities, providing support and defining the standards to be followed.

Otto holds a university degree in sociology, psychology and media studies and a doctorate from the University of Cologne. He has been active in the field of market and social research since the early 1990s. Otto was founder and board member of respondi AG and has been chairman of the board of the German Society for Online Research (DGOF) since 2013. With the merger of Bilendi and respondi, he took on the role of Corporate Integration Director.

After graduating with a degree in business administration for market and communication research, she first worked for an international market research institute. She then joined respondi in 2011 in the sales department. As Sales Director, she was most recently responsible for German sales and now holds the same position at Bilendi & respondi.
